Menu and Nutrition
We offer a well-balanced menu that follows Canada’s Food Guide and is trans-fat-free. With more whole grains and less salt, we offer the healthiest and tastiest foods possible. Children receive a hot, nutritious lunch and two snacks daily.
Weekly menus are posted. An independent catering company provides the hot lunch, and our staff prepares the morning and afternoon snacks.

Allergy and Food Information
Please be aware we are a nut-free facility.
All allergies must be in the children's file. We will post allergy or food information in each room and the kitchen, and parents must notify our staff of any changes.
